Virginia
Ahlers,
based in Bucks County, PA, specializes in dressage and eventing. She works
mainly out of Rainbow Ridge Farm, training horses and teaching lessons
for all ages and levels. She also starts young horses and restarts older
"problem" horses.
Virginia received
her B.S. in Animal Science from Cornell University. She currently trains
in Dressage with Robin Millett of Durham Creek Farm. Some of her previous
long term trainers include Lynn Jendrowski and Kenny Harlow.
Virginia, daughter of a veterinarian, has loved and cared for animals her entire life. She currently events her horse, Grace (pictured above). Her first horse, Jerry is now 30 years old and retired from competiition, but still gets out on the trail once in a while.
